How do I know if a part will fit my truck?
Every product page lists the exact year, make, and model the part is designed for. Always check the fitment information before ordering. If you’re not 100% sure — message us before you buy. We’ll confirm compatibility for you. Contact us here →
What if I order the wrong part?
No problem — return it unused in original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Then message us and we’ll help you find the right one. See our Returns Policy.
Which truck models do you currently support?
Our current catalog includes parts for Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, and Toyota Tundra. We’re actively expanding to additional makes and models. Contact us if you don’t see your truck — we may be able to source it.
Do your mud flaps require drilling?
No — Vicrez mud flaps are designed for bolt-on installation with no drilling required. They use existing factory mounting points for a clean, OEM-style fit.
Are these OEM parts or aftermarket?
Our parts are OEM-fit aftermarket parts — engineered to match factory specifications for direct bolt-on installation. They are not factory-original parts but are designed to fit and function like OEM.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you place your order, we coordinate fulfillment through our supplier network within 1 business day. Our suppliers then prepare and dispatch within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time: 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email once shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is available on most orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@ironbedtruck.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no hassle.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all hardware included. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@ironbedtruck.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Installation
Do your products come with installation instructions?
Yes — most products include manufacturer installation instructions. Visit our How-To Guides & Videos for additional resources including official Vicrez installation videos.
How difficult is it to install mud flaps?
Vicrez mud flaps are rated Easy — most installs take 20–30 minutes with basic hand tools (socket set, screwdriver). No drilling required.
Do you offer installation services?
We don’t offer installation services directly, but we recommend having complex parts installed by a qualified mechanic. For simple bolt-on parts like mud flaps, most truck owners can DIY it easily.

What brands do you carry?

Are these genuine Vicrez products?
Yes — IronBedTruck is an authorized reseller of Vicrez products. All items are genuine, sourced directly from Vicrez.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes — products are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. IronBedTruck does not provide its own product warranty, but we’ll help you connect with the manufacturer if a warranty issue arises. See our Warranty Information page.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are SSL encrypted.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders are submitted to our fulfillment partners and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately at support@ironbedtruck.com with your order number.
Is it safe to order from your website?
Yes — our website uses SSL encryption and is powered by Shopify, one of the most trusted ecommerce platforms in the world. Your payment information is processed through secure gateways and never stored on our servers.
How does IronBedTruck work?
We partner directly with authorized US suppliers and manufacturers. When you order, we coordinate fulfillment on your behalf and your parts ship directly from the supplier’s warehouse to your door. You deal only with us — one point of contact for everything.
