IronBedTruck does not provide its own product warranty. As your sourcing agent, we are here to assist and facilitate communication between you and the manufacturer when a warranty claim arises — but the warranty relationship is solely between you and the manufacturer.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or defective at the time of delivery, this is covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy — not a warranty claim. Please contact us immediately at support@ironbedtruck.com with photos.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. IronBedTruck does not offer credit, installment plans, or deferred payment arrangements. Any financing, buy-now-pay-later, or installment services displayed at checkout are provided solely by third-party payment processors and are entirely independent of IronBedTruck. We bear no responsibility for any such arrangements, their terms, interest charges, or disputes arising from them.
