At IronBedTruck, we act as your authorized sourcing and logistics agent, coordinating fulfillment directly from our network of US-based suppliers and warehouses to your door.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are determined by the supplier and the specific order. The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be available on select orders or during promotional periods at our discretion.
Shipping Zones
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations is not available at this time. Orders to remote or restricted locations may not be eligible — we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we are unable to fulfill due to shipping restrictions.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Large & Freight Items
Some larger items — such as bed racks, bumpers, or lift kits — may require freight shipping. Freight deliveries typically take 5–10 business days and may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified if your order qualifies as a freight shipment.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Carrier selection is made to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery for your specific items.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also monitor your shipment anytime on our Track My Order page.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost, contact us immediately. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue on your behalf. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.
Product & Service Availability
IronBedTruck reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any product, category, or service at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to product availability at the time of fulfillment.
