Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using IronBedTruck.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Role of IronBedTruck — Sourcing & Logistics Agent

By placing an order on IronBedTruck.com, the customer appoints IronBedTruck as their authorized sourcing and logistics agent to procure the selected automotive parts and truck accessories — including truck mud flaps and truck performance & styling parts — from our network of US-based suppliers and warehouses.

Procurement Service: IronBedTruck facilitates the purchase, quality check coordination, and shipping arrangements on behalf of the customer.
Fulfillment: Once an order is placed, IronBedTruck directs fulfillment from the designated warehouse directly to the customer's address.
Pricing: The total price displayed at checkout includes the item cost, any applicable shipping charges, and our sourcing and facilitation fee. No hidden charges will be applied.
Responsibility: IronBedTruck takes full responsibility for the condition of goods upon delivery and will handle all returns and replacements on behalf of the customer.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. IronBedTruck does not offer credit, installment plans, or deferred payment arrangements. Any buy-now-pay-later or installment options displayed at checkout are provided solely by independent third-party payment processors. IronBedTruck bears no responsibility for those arrangements, their terms, interest charges, or any disputes arising from them.

Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase on IronBedTruck.com, the customer confirms they have had the opportunity to read and understand all applicable policies, including these Terms of Service, our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Information.
