At IronBedTruck, we act as your authorized sourcing and logistics partner, coordinating fulfillment directly from our network of US-based suppliers and brand partners β including Vicrez and other trusted manufacturers β shipped directly to your door.
How Our Fulfillment Works
IronBedTruck partners directly with authorized US suppliers and manufacturers. When you place an order, we coordinate fulfillment on your behalf through our supplier network. Your order is then prepared and shipped directly from the supplierβs warehouse to your address β ensuring faster processing and direct-from-source quality assurance.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are determined by the supplier and the specific order. The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping is available on most orders to the contiguous United States.
Shipping Zones
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations is not available at this time. Orders to remote or restricted locations may not be eligible β we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we are unable to fulfill due to shipping restrictions.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we typically process and coordinate fulfillment within 1 business day. Our supplier partners then prepare and dispatch orders within 1β3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard shipping typically arrives within 3β7 business days, depending on your location. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5β10 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Large & Freight Items
Some larger items β such as bed racks, bumpers, or lift kits β may require freight shipping. Freight deliveries typically take 5β10 business days after dispatch and may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified if your order qualifies as a freight shipment.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Carrier selection is made by our supplier partners to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery for your specific items.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also monitor your shipment anytime on our Track My Order page.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships. Once submitted to our fulfillment partner, address changes may not be possible.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue on your behalf. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.
Product & Service Availability
IronBedTruck reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any product, category, or service at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to product availability at the time of fulfillment through our supplier network.
