At IronBedTruck, we act as your authorized sourcing and logistics partner โ€” taking full responsibility for your order from procurement to delivery, including handling all returns and replacements. Your satisfaction is our commitment.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your truck parts or accessories, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all hardware and accessories included
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Electrical components that have been installed
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@ironbedtruck.com with your order number, or submit our Contact Form
  2. Include the reason for your return and photos if the item is damaged or defective
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization and provide shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the instructions provided

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7โ€“14 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. IronBedTruck does not offer credit, installment plans, or deferred payment arrangements. Any buy-now-pay-later or installment options displayed at checkout are provided solely by independent third-party payment processors. IronBedTruck bears no responsibility for those arrangements, their terms, interest charges, or any disputes arising from them.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or fitment? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the fastest turnaround. Browse our full catalog of truck accessories to find the right fit. Not sure about fitment? Message us before you order โ€” weโ€™ll confirm compatibility for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately via support@ironbedtruck.com or our Contact Form with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty Claims

Products are covered by the respective manufacturerโ€™s warranty, subject to their own terms and conditions. Warranty claims are handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer.
